Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C11orf16, a gene located on chromosome 11, has garnered attention due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Initially characterized as a gene of unknown function, recent studies have suggested that C11orf16 may be implicated in immune response and neurodevelopmental disorders. The interest in C11orf16 has been further fueled by its association with various conditions, including autoimmune diseases and certain types of cancers. Researchers have been keen to explore its utility as a biomarker and therapeutic target, particularly in the context of diseases where its expression is upregulated or altered. The production of recombinant C11orf16 protein has become a critical component of this research, as it allows for detailed biochemical and functional studies, including investigations into its structure, interactions with other proteins, and effects on cellular pathways. Recombinant protein studies are crucial for elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which C11orf16 may exert its effects, thereby providing insights into its potential roles in health and disease. Continued exploration of C11orf16 through recombinant protein techniques may reveal novel therapeutic avenues and enhance our understanding of the underlying mechanisms of related diseases.
