Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MLLT3 (Myeloid/Lymphoid or Mixed-Lineage Leukemia 3) is a gene involved in chromosomal translocations associated with various hematological malignancies, particularly acute leukemias. The MLLT3 protein, originally identified as a fusion partner in MLL (Mixed-Lineage Leukemia) gene rearrangements, plays a critical role in the regulation of gene expression and hematopoietic differentiation. Its dysregulation is implicated in the pathogenesis of leukemia through mechanisms like altered transcriptional control and disruption of normal cellular signaling pathways. The study of MLLT3 recombinant protein is essential for understanding its functional properties and interactions with other molecular components in the cell. By producing and characterizing recombinant MLLT3, researchers aim to dissect its role in oncogenesis and its potential as a therapeutic target. Investigating the protein’s structure, binding partners, and cellular functions may provide insights into the development of novel treatments for leukemia and improve our ability to diagnose and stratify patients based on specific genetic alterations. Overall, MLLT3 serves as a significant focus in cancer biology, highlighting the intricate connections between chromosomal abnormalities and disease progression.
