稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IP10, also known as Interferon gamma-inducible protein 10, is a chemokine that plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the recruitment and activation of monocytes and T cells during inflammatory processes. Its significance has garnered attention in various fields of research, including autoimmune diseases, cancer, and infectious diseases. Elevated levels of IP10 have been associated with conditions such as HIV, hepatitis, and chronic inflammatory conditions, making it a potential biomarker for disease progression and treatment response. The study of IP10 recombinant protein has provided insights into its structure-function relationships and mechanisms of action. Advanced techniques in molecular biology, such as recombinant DNA technology, enable the effective production of this protein for experimental purposes. Research on IP10 in therapeutic contexts is gaining momentum, exploring its potential in immunotherapy and targeted treatments. Understanding the biological implications of IP10 and its interactions with other immune components could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses in various diseases.
