Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHG2 (pleckstrin homology domain-containing family G member 2) is a protein with significant roles in cellular signaling and development, particularly in the context of the central nervous system. Research has shown that PLEKHG2 is involved in regulating the actin cytoskeleton, influencing processes such as cell migration, adhesion, and morphology. Abnormalities in PLEKHG2 expression and function have been implicated in various neurological disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. Moreover, the protein is known to interact with various signaling pathways, including those related to Rho GTPases, which are crucial for many cellular functions. The study of recombinant PLEKHG2 proteins is crucial for elucidating its structure-function relationships and understanding its biochemical properties. Producing PLEKHG2 as a recombinant protein allows researchers to investigate its functional domains, post-translational modifications, and interaction partners in a controlled environment. This knowledge could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating PLEKHG2 activity in diseases where its signaling pathways are dysregulated. As such, the research on recombinant PLEKHG2 encompasses biochemical, cellular, and molecular approaches to unveil its role in health and disease.
