Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BOP1 (Bob1, Bop1 or Bop1-like protein) is a eukaryotic protein that plays a critical role in ribosome biogenesis and cellular homeostasis. It is a member of the Box C/D small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA) complex, which is essential for the modification of rRNA. Research into BOP1 has gained increased attention due to its involvement in pre-rRNA processing and its interactions with various nucleolar proteins, indicating its significance in the assembly and maturation of ribosomal subunits. Aberrations in BOP1 function have been associated with various diseases, including cancer, suggesting its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of BOP1 allows for in-depth study of its structure-function relationships and post-translational modifications, shedding light on its role in ribosome assembly and the potential mechanisms behind pathologies linked to its dysfunction. Understanding the molecular dynamics and cellular pathways influenced by BOP1 through recombinant protein studies can ultimately contribute to therapeutic advancements and provide insights into the fundamental processes of cellular biology.
