Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHG6, a member of the pleckstrin homology domain-containing family, has garnered attention due to its potential role in cellular signaling and its implications in various biological processes. This protein is known to interact with Rho GTPases, which are crucial for regulating cytoskeletal dynamics, cellular morphology, and motility. Dysregulation of Rho GTPases has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, making PLEKHG6 a candidate for further investigation in disease pathways. Additionally, recent studies have suggested a role for PLEKHG6 in neuronal development and function, highlighting its importance in the nervous system. Understanding the structure and function of PLEKHG6 through recombinant protein techniques can provide insights into its mechanistic roles and interactions within cellular pathways. As research advances, exploring PLEKHG6's potential as a therapeutic target for diseases linked to Rho GTPase dysregulation could have significant implications for the development of novel medical interventions.
