稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLEC3B (C-Type Lectin Domain Family 3 Member B) is a protein that belongs to the C-type lectin-like domain family and has garnered attention for its potential roles in immune responses and disease processes. Research on CLEC3B has highlighted its significance in innate immunity, particularly in mediating interactions between immune cells and pathogens. It is expressed in various tissues, including the lungs and liver, suggesting a possible involvement in respiratory and hepatic functions. Studies have indicated that CLEC3B may play a role in modulating inflammation and cellular signaling pathways, which could be crucial in the context of diseases such as cancer and chronic inflammatory conditions. Furthermore, the recombinant form of CLEC3B has been explored for its therapeutic potential, as it may aid in the development of targeted treatments or as a biomarker for certain diseases. Understanding the structure-function relationship of CLEC3B and its modulation can provide valuable insights into designing novel therapeutic approaches aimed at enhancing immune response or targeting pathological conditions. As such, continued research into recombinant CLEC3B protein presents not only a promising avenue for immunological studies but also the potential for clinical applications in disease diagnosis and therapy.
