稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BOLL proteins, or Boule-like proteins, are a group of conserved proteins that play crucial roles in the regulation of gene expression and development in various organisms. First identified in Drosophila melanogaster, BOLL proteins belong to the RNA-binding protein family and are characterized by their ability to bind to specific RNA sequences, thereby influencing mRNA stability, translation, and processing. Research has shown that BOLL proteins are essential for germ cell development, with implications in fertility and gametogenesis. In higher organisms, including mammals, the BOLL gene has been implicated in spermatogenesis, where it is crucial for the differentiation and maturation of sperm cells. Additionally, studies indicate that BOLL proteins may play a role in the regulation of cancer-related genes, making them potential targets for cancer therapy. The investigation into the structural and functional aspects of BOLL proteins is vital for understanding their mechanistic roles in cellular processes and their potential applications in reproductive biology and oncology. As research progresses, the exploration of BOLL protein interactions and their regulatory networks will contribute to our knowledge of gene regulation and may uncover novel therapeutic strategies for reproductive and malignancy-related disorders.
