Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCORL2 (BCL6 corepressor-like protein 2) is an important member of the BCL6 corepressor family, which plays a critical role in regulating gene expression, particularly in immune response and hematopoiesis. Emerging studies have indicated that BCORL2 is associated with various cellular processes, including transcriptional repression and chromatin remodeling. Recent research highlights its potential involvement in the pathogenesis of several hematological malignancies, particularly lymphoma, where it may influence the tumor microenvironment and interactions between immune cells and tumor cells. Understanding the function of BCORL2 at the molecular level is crucial for deciphering its role in both normal cellular physiology and disease states. The recombinant expression of BCORL2 protein facilitates functional analyses and structural studies, enabling researchers to explore its interactions with other proteins and DNA. This research is paving the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting BCORL2 in cancers and autoimmunity, underscoring its relevance in both basic biology and clinical applications. As such, BCORL2 represents a promising avenue for further investigation in the context of cancer research and the development of innovative treatments.
