Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1QTNF1, also known as C1q/TNF-related protein 1, is a member of the TNF superfamily that plays a significant role in various physiological and pathological processes, including immunoregulation, inflammation, and metabolic signaling. Its expression is observed in multiple tissues, suggesting its involvement in diverse biological functions. Recent studies have highlighted C1QTNF1's contribution to the development of insulin resistance and its potential role in obesity and type 2 diabetes, making it a target of interest for metabolic research. Additionally, C1QTNF1 has been implicated in cardiovascular diseases, indicating its relevance in cardiovascular pathophysiology. Investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying C1QTNF1 function and its interactions with other proteins may provide insights into its role in disease progression and open avenues for therapeutic interventions. The generation of recombinant C1QTNF1 protein facilitates detailed biochemical and functional assays to elucidate its biological roles, enabling a better understanding of its contributions to health and disease. This protein's study is crucial for identifying potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets in conditions related to metabolic disorders and inflammation, making it a valuable subject in contemporary biomedical research.
