稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MCM3AP (Minichromosome Maintenance 3 Associated Protein) is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of DNA replication and maintenance of genomic stability. As a member of the MCM (Minichromosome Maintenance) protein family, MCM3AP is involved in the initiation of DNA replication, a fundamental process for cell proliferation and growth. Research has shown that MCM3AP interacts with various proteins involved in the replication machinery, thereby influencing cell cycle progression and DNA damage response. Abnormal expression or mutations in MCM3AP have been linked to various cancers, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for tumor progression and as a target for therapeutic interventions. The study of MCM3AP is vital for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying DNA replication and its implications in cancer biology, making it a promising subject for ongoing research in molecular genetics and oncology. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of MCM3AP in sufficient quantities for detailed functional analyses, facilitating the exploration of its biochemical properties and interactions within the cell. Investigating MCM3AP not only enhances our knowledge of fundamental cellular processes but also paves the way for developing novel strategies in cancer treatment.
