Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATRIP (ATR Interacting Protein) plays a crucial role in the DNA damage response, particularly in the activation of the ATR (ATM and Rad3-related) kinase, which is essential for the repair of DNA lesions and the maintenance of genome stability. Research into ATRIP has garnered significant attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, replication stress response, and tumorigenesis. Loss or mutation of ATRIP can lead to impaired ATR signaling, resulting in increased susceptibility to DNA damage and heightened cancer risk. Investigating the structure and function of ATRIP has become increasingly important as it could uncover potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatment by modulating the ATR pathway. Furthermore, studying the interactions of ATRIP with other proteins in the DNA damage response pathway can provide insights into the mechanistic details of how cells respond to genomic stress. Given the critical role of ATRIP in maintaining genomic integrity, the development and characterization of recombinant ATRIP proteins are essential for advancing our understanding of its function and regulatory mechanisms in health and disease. This research not only enhances our knowledge of the cellular response to DNA damage but also paves the way for novel approaches in cancer therapy and personalized medicine.
