Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHACTR4 (Phosphatase and Actin Regulator 4) is a member of the PHACTR family that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including the regulation of actin dynamics and phosphatase activities. Research into PHACTR4 has gained momentum due to its involvement in critical biological functions such as cell migration, adhesion, and proliferation. Studies have indicated that PHACTR4 is implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer, where aberrant expression levels can influence tumor progression and metastasis. The protein interacts with key signaling pathways, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, advancements in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and characterization of PHACTR4, providing insights into its structure and function. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of PHACTR4 through recombinant protein studies can reveal its regulatory roles in cellular contexts and identify biomarkers for disease diagnosis and treatment. The exploration of PHACTR4 thus represents a promising avenue in cellular biology and therapeutic research, highlighting its significance in both health and disease.
