Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP9A, a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. This protein is primarily involved in lipid transport and metabolism, playing a crucial role in cellular membrane dynamics and the regulation of lipid homeostasis. Research has indicated that ATP9A may be linked to critical functions in cell signaling, apoptosis, and the immune response, thereby influencing cancer progression and the development of other diseases. Notably, altered expression of ATP9A has been observed in various cancers, making it a potential biomarker for disease progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. Given its pivotal functions, the study of ATP9A recombinant protein is essential for understanding its biological roles and developing strategies to modulate its activity for therapeutic purposes. Using recombinant techniques, researchers can produce ATP9A in sufficient quantities, facilitating detailed investigations into its structure, function, and interaction with other cellular components. This knowledge may not only enhance our understanding of ATP9A's physiological roles but also contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at diseases associated with abnormal ATP9A expression or function. Thus, ATP9A represents a promising area of research with significant implications for health and disease.
