Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHACTR2 (Phosphatase and Actin Regulator 2) is a protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell signaling, and proliferation. Recent research indicates that PHACTR2 is involved in molecular pathways linked to neuronal functions and has potential implications in the pathology of neurodegenerative diseases. The protein modulates actin filament assembly and disassembly, which is crucial for the maintenance of cell shape and motility. Furthermore, dysregulation of PHACTR2 has been associated with several disorders, highlighting its importance in health and disease. As a result, the recombinant PHACTR2 protein has become a focus of study for understanding its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to elucidate its biological roles. Characterizing the recombinant form of PHACTR2 can lead to insights into its mechanisms of action and how it interacts with other cellular components. This knowledge may pave the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting PHACTR2-related pathways in various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders. The ongoing investigation into PHACTR2 and its recombinant protein forms is critical for the development of novel interventions that could enhance treatment outcomes and improve patient care in conditions where PHACTR2 is implicated.
