Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CT45A1, a member of the cancer/testis (CT) antigen family, has garnered significant interest in cancer immunology due to its restricted expression pattern. It is primarily expressed in the testis and various malignant tissues, particularly in tumors such as melanoma, ovarian cancer, and lung cancer. This unique expression profile positions CT45A1 as a potentially valuable target for cancer immunotherapy, as it could elicit a robust immune response without affecting normal tissues. Recent studies have focused on the characterization of CT45A1 as a recombinant protein, exploring its role in the development of therapeutic vaccines and personalized cancer treatment strategies. Researchers aim to elucidate its immunogenicity by assessing the ability of CT45A1 peptides to stimulate T-cell responses in cancer patients. Additionally, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying CT45A1's expression and function may provide insights into tumor biology and reveal novel approaches for precision medicine. As the quest for effective cancer treatments continues, CT45A1 emerges as a promising candidate for further investigation, potentially paving the way for innovative therapeutic interventions aimed at harnessing the immune system to target cancer cells selectively.
