Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WHSC2 (Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome Candidate 2) is a gene located on chromosome 4 that encodes a protein involved in multiple cellular processes, including transcription regulation and chromatin modification. Mutations or deletions in WHSC2 have been linked to Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, a genetic disorder characterized by growth delays, intellectual disabilities, and various physical anomalies. The study of WHSC2 recombinant proteins has gained attention due to its potential role in developmental biology and disease mechanisms. Researchers focus on characterizing the biochemical properties of WHSC2, understanding its interactions with other proteins, and elucidating its precise function within the cell. Additionally, generated recombinant WHSC2 proteins are utilized in various assays to explore their functional implications and to develop therapeutic strategies targeting related genetic disorders. Given the complexity of WHSC2-associated pathways, ongoing investigation aims to clarify how its dysregulation contributes to the phenotypic manifestations of associated syndromes, thereby providing insights that could lead to innovative treatments.
