Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHACTR1, or Phosphatase and Actin Regulator 1, is a gene that has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its association with various vascular and neurological diseases, particularly in relation to migraine susceptibility and the formation of vascular anomalies. Research indicates that PHACTR1 plays a critical role in the regulation of actin dynamics and cellular signaling pathways, which are fundamental for endothelial cell function and vascular integrity. Variants within the PHACTR1 gene have been linked to increased risk for migraines, positioning it as a potential target for therapeutic interventions aimed at alleviating this debilitating condition. Additionally, the interaction of PHACTR1 with other molecular pathways underscores its relevance in diverse biological processes, such as inflammation and cell migration. Consequently, the production and study of recombinant PHACTR1 protein is essential for elucidating its functional roles, understanding the mechanism of its involvement in disease, and exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Recent advancements in recombinant technology have enabled researchers to generate highly pure PHACTR1 protein, allowing for in-depth biochemical assays and structural studies that can unravel the complexities of its activity and interactions within cellular environments. This research not only contributes to the broader understanding of vascular biology and disease mechanisms but also opens new avenues for tailored therapeutic strategies in treating conditions linked to PHACTR1 dysregulation.
