Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP6V1H, a key subunit of the vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase) complex, plays a crucial role in acidifying various intracellular compartments, including lysosomes and endosomes. This enzyme is essential for numerous cellular processes such as protein degradation, nutrient sensing, and autophagy, linking energy metabolism to cellular homeostasis. Research on ATP6V1H has gained momentum due to its involvement in various pathophysiological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders. Alterations in its expression and activity have been associated with oncogenic processes, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The generation of recombinant ATP6V1H protein in suitable expression systems allows for detailed biochemical characterization and functional studies, facilitating a deeper understanding of its mechanisms and interactions within the V-ATPase complex. Furthermore, the study of ATP6V1H can provide insights into the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating V-ATPase activity in disease contexts. As such, further investigation into the structure-function relationship of ATP6V1H and its role in cellular physiology remains a vibrant area of research in cell biology and biochemistry.
