稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VAV1 is a member of the VAV protein family, which plays a critical role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in hematopoietic cells. As a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF), VAV1 is involved in regulating the activation of small GTPases, such as Rac1 and RhoA, which are essential for various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal rearrangement, cell migration, and immune response. Research indicates that VAV1 is significantly implicated in the signaling mechanisms of immune cells, especially T cells, making it a focal point for studies related to immunology and cancer biology. Its dysregulation has been associated with several hematological malignancies and autoimmune disorders, prompting scientists to explore VAV1 as a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant VAV1 protein has gained attention to elucidate its structure-function relationships, signaling cascades, and interactions with other cellular molecules. By expressing and purifying VAV1 as a recombinant protein, researchers can conduct biochemical assays and structural studies to better understand its functionality, and potentially develop novel strategies for modulating its activity in disease contexts. Overall, the study of recombinant VAV1 protein represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of immune cell regulation and the development of targeted therapies.
