Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDZRN3, a member of the PDZ domain-containing protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell adhesion, and protein interactions. PDZ domains are known for mediating specific protein-protein interactions, and PDZRN3's unique structure indicates potential involvement in neuronal and synaptic functions. Research has suggested that alterations in PDZRN3 expression may be linked to neurodegenerative diseases and other pathological conditions, making it a candidate of interest for therapeutic exploration. The recombinant expression of PDZRN3 offers an opportunity to study its functional properties in detail, enabling the elucidation of its role in molecular pathways and interactions. Additionally, the ability to produce this protein in a controlled environment allows for the exploration of its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, driving further research into its implications in health and disease. Understanding the mechanisms by which PDZRN3 operates will not only contribute to the fundamental knowledge of PDZ domain-containing proteins but may also pave the way for innovative approaches in treating conditions associated with its dysregulation.
