Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATAD3B, a member of the ATPase family of proteins, plays a crucial role in mitochondrial function and cellular homeostasis. Research has indicated that ATAD3B is involved in various cellular processes, including mitochondrial dynamics, lipid metabolism, and the regulation of apoptosis. Its dysfunction has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. As a relatively less-studied isoform of the ATAD3 family, ATAD3B has gained attention in recent years due to its unique expression patterns and functional properties. Investigations into the structure and function of ATAD3B, particularly its interactions within the mitochondrial matrix and its influence on mitochondrial morphology, are critical for understanding its biological significance. Moreover, studying the recombinant form of ATAD3B allows researchers to dissect its molecular mechanisms and develop targeted interventions for diseases associated with its dysregulation. The ongoing exploration of ATAD3B's roles in cellular signaling and stress responses is expected to provide valuable insights into its contributions to mitochondrial biology and its implications in health and disease.
