Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ASB17 protein, or Accelerated Senescence in Breast cancer 17, is part of a family of proteins involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its role as an E3 ubiquitin ligase suggests that it is crucial in protein degradation pathways, impacting cellular responses to stress and inflammation. Research into ASB17 is particularly relevant in oncology, as altered expression levels of this protein have been associated with various types of cancer, including breast cancer. Understanding the mechanisms by which ASB17 influences tumorigenesis could provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on elucidating its structure and function, as well as its role in modulating signaling pathways such as those related to the cell cycle and hormone signaling. Furthermore, advancements in recombinant protein technology enable the production of ASB17 to facilitate in vitro studies, allowing researchers to investigate its interactions with other cellular components. This knowledge could pave the way for the development of novel strategies in cancer treatment, emphasizing the importance of ASB17 in both basic and applied biomedical research. Therefore, the study of ASB17 not only contributes to a deeper understanding of cancer biology but also holds promise for innovative therapeutic approaches.
