Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2N, also known as Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme E2 N, plays a critical role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is essential for various cellular processes including protein degradation, DNA repair, and signal transduction. UBE2N specifically functions as an E2 enzyme that transfers ubiquitin moieties from an E1 ubiquitin-activating enzyme to substrates in the presence of E3 ligases. This process is crucial for the modulation of protein activity and the regulation of cellular homeostasis. Given its significant involvement in numerous biological functions, alterations in UBE2N expression or function have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research into UBE2N has expanded to explore its potential as a therapeutic target and biomarker. The recombination and expression of this protein have facilitated detailed studies on its structure, interactions with E3 ligases, and influence on substrate specificity. Advancements in these areas aim to elucidate the mechanistic aspects of UBE2N's roles in health and disease, thus contributing to the development of innovative strategies for therapeutic intervention. Understanding the nuances of UBE2N's function could pave the way for novel treatments that leverage the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway in disease management.
