Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARRDC3 (Arrestin Domain Containing 3) is a member of the arrestin family of proteins, which play crucial roles in regulating G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling and endocytic processes. Research into ARRDC3 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various cellular functions, including receptor desensitization, internalization, and trafficking. ARRDC3 has been implicated in the modulation of numerous signaling pathways and is thought to participate in the regulation of cell surface receptor levels, impacting cellular responsiveness to external stimuli. Additionally, studies suggest that ARRDC3 may play a role in cancer progression and metastasis, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The production of recombinant ARRDC3 protein in vitro is essential for understanding its structure-function relationships, interaction with other cellular proteins, and its role in disease mechanisms. This knowledge could lead to the identification of novel drug targets and the development of innovative treatment strategies. Overall, the study of ARRDC3 recombinant protein is vital for elucidating the complex molecular interactions that govern cell signaling and for advancing our understanding of its contributions to health and disease.
