稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COL3, or collagen type III, is a crucial extracellular matrix protein that plays significant roles in the structural integrity and functionality of various tissues, including skin, blood vessels, and lungs. In recent years, research has increasingly focused on COL3 due to its involvement in various pathological conditions, such as vascular diseases, fibrotic disorders, and chronic inflammatory diseases. Abnormalities in COL3 expression or structure can lead to serious health issues, highlighting the importance of understanding its molecular mechanisms. Additionally, COL3 is often used as a biomarker for certain conditions, making its study valuable for diagnostic purposes. Recombinant COL3 proteins have been developed to facilitate investigations into its biological functions and interactions with other matrix components. By producing COL3 in vitro using recombinant DNA technology, researchers are able to obtain large quantities of pure protein for various applications, including drug testing, tissue engineering, and regenerative medicine. The ability to manipulate and analyze COL3 in the laboratory has opened new avenues for therapeutic strategies targeting diseases related to collagen dysregulation. Overall, the study of recombinant COL3 not only enhances our understanding of collagen biology but also holds promise for developing innovative treatments for related health issues.
