Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2E1 (Ubiquitin Conjugating Enzyme E2 E1) is a critical enzyme within the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which plays a vital role in regulating protein degradation, signaling, and various cellular processes by transferring ubiquitin to substrate proteins. The study of UBE2E1 has garnered attention due to its involvement in key biological functions and implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research indicates that UBE2E1 might influence the activity of specific E3 ligases, thereby affecting the downstream ubiquitination pathways that control cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and stress responses. Furthermore, UBE2E1 has been implicated in the regulation of tumor suppressor proteins, highlighting its potential role in oncogenesis. There is increasing interest in the therapeutic targeting of UBE2E1, as modulating its activity could offer new avenues for treatment strategies in diseases characterized by dysregulated proteostasis. Recombinant UBE2E1 protein production and characterization are essential for deciphering its mechanistic functions and establishing its role in various cellular contexts. This research not only enhances our understanding of protein homeostasis but also contributes to the development of innovative therapeutic approaches that leverage the ubiquitin-proteasome system's intricacies. Thus, the exploration of UBE2E1 and its recombinant forms is pivotal in advancing both basic and applied biomedical research.
