稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TICAM2, also known as TRAM (TRIF-related adaptor molecule), is a crucial adaptor protein involved in mediating innate immune responses, particularly in the TLR (Toll-like receptor) signaling pathway. It plays a significant role in the activation of type I interferons and pro-inflammatory cytokines in response to pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs). The investigation of TICAM2 recombinant proteins is essential for understanding its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with other proteins in the immune signaling cascade. Research has shown that TICAM2 is involved in bridging the signaling pathways of TLR2 and TLR4, linking these receptors to the downstream TRIF-dependent pathway. This interaction is pivotal in the regulation of immune responses against bacterial and viral infections. Recombinant TICAM2 proteins offer valuable tools for studying the molecular mechanisms of TLR signaling, providing insights into the role of TICAM2 in immune modulation and potential therapeutic interventions in immune-related diseases. Furthermore, the development of TICAM2-based technologies, such as vaccines and immunotherapies, could enhance our abilities to combat infectious diseases and improve immune system functioning. Overall, the study of TICAM2 recombinant proteins is a promising area of research with significant implications for understanding host-pathogen interactions and advancing immunological therapies.
