稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TIAL1, or T-cell intracellular antigen 1, is an RNA-binding protein that plays a critical role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression and is involved in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Its importance is underscored by its involvement in immune responses and potential implications in cancer biology, where dysregulation of TIAL1 has been linked to tumor progression. Recent studies have revealed that TIAL1 interacts with multiple RNA targets, influencing their stability and translation, making it a significant factor in the control of gene expression. The investigation of TIAL1 as a recombinant protein provides valuable insights into its structural and functional properties, as well as its interaction mechanisms with other cellular factors. By producing TIAL1 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its role in various cellular pathways, explore potential therapeutic applications, and develop new strategies for targeting TIAL1 in disease contexts. Understanding the molecular intricacies of TIAL1 can thus contribute to advancing our knowledge of cellular regulation and highlight its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in diseases where its expression is aberrant.
