Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AP1GBP1, or AP-1 gamma-binding protein 1, is a crucial component in the regulation of various cellular processes, including gene expression, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. It is known to interact with the AP-1 transcription factor complex, which plays a significant role in cellular response to stress and growth factors. Dysregulation of AP1GBP1 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of recombinant AP1GBP1 protein aims to elucidate its structure-function relationships, interactions with other proteins, and its role in signaling pathways. By producing and characterizing recombinant AP1GBP1, researchers can gain insights into its biological functions and how it modulates AP-1 activity, potentially leading to new strategies for intervention in diseases where AP1GBP1 is involved. Moreover, understanding the post-translational modifications and functional dynamics of AP1GBP1 may reveal new mechanisms of regulation within the cell, paving the way for advancements in targeted therapies. Overall, the exploration of AP1GBP1 as a recombinant protein represents a promising area of research in cellular biology and therapeutic development.
