稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
THPO (thrombopoietin) is a crucial glycoprotein that plays a significant role in the regulation of platelet production by stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of megakaryocytes in the bone marrow. Research into THPO has gained momentum due to its therapeutic potential in treating various hematological disorders, particularly those associated with thrombocytopenia, such as aplastic anemia and chemotherapy-induced platelet deficiency. The recombinant form of THPO has been developed to enhance safety and efficacy in clinical applications. Advances in biotechnology have enabled the production of recombinant THPO using mammalian cell systems, which ensures proper glycosylation and functional activity similar to the natural protein. Understanding the structure-function relationships of THPO at a molecular level has paved the way for the design of novel therapeutics and enhanced delivery mechanisms. Furthermore, ongoing studies are focused on the role of THPO in other physiological processes beyond hematopoiesis, including its influence on immune responses and potential implications in cancer. The comprehensive exploration of recombinant THPO aims to unlock its full potential, addressing unmet medical needs in the field of hematology and beyond.
