Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP1R7, also known as Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 7, is a critical regulatory protein that modulates the activity of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1), a vital enzyme involved in various cellular processes, including cell division, metabolism, and signal transduction. Research into PPP1R7 has gained interest due to its potential role in cancer biology, as aberrant PP1 activity has been linked to tumorigenesis and the progression of various cancers. Additionally, PPP1R7 is implicated in the regulation of neuronal signaling and has been associated with neurological disorders. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of recombinant PPP1R7 protein can provide valuable insights into its regulatory mechanisms and interactions with PP1 and other cellular partners. The production of recombinant PPP1R7 enables researchers to investigate its role in detail, including its interactions with substrates and other regulatory proteins, and to evaluate its potential as a therapeutic target. By elucidating the functional dynamics of PPP1R7, scientists aim to uncover its contributions to cellular homeostasis and identify aberrations that may lead to disease, thereby paving the way for the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
