稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANP32B, a member of the acidic nuclear phosphoprotein (ANP) family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. As a highly conserved protein, ANP32B participates in the regulation of histone acetylation and chromatin remodeling, thereby influencing gene expression. Its involvement in the modulation of the p53 signaling pathway further underscores its importance in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Abnormal expression levels of ANP32B have been implicated in various diseases, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. Recent studies utilizing recombinant ANP32B have aimed to elucidate its functional mechanisms and interactions within the cell. By expressing this protein in a controlled environment, researchers can probe its structural properties and investigate its role in complex signaling networks. The development of recombinant ANP32B is thus essential for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and therapeutic potential. As knowledge of this protein expands, it holds promise for the identification of novel therapeutic targets in cancer and other diseases characterized by dysregulated cellular processes.
