Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANKRD5, also known as Ankyrin repeat domain 5, has garnered increasing interest in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and disease mechanisms. This protein, characterized by its multiple ankyrin repeat motifs, is believed to participate in protein-protein interactions, influencing pathways related to cell signaling, mitosis, and transcriptional regulation. Recent studies have suggested that ANKRD5 may be involved in the modulation of immune responses and could play a critical role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. Additionally, its expression has been linked to certain cancer types, raising questions about its functions in tumorigenesis and cell proliferation. As a result, the development of recombinant ANKRD5 protein is pivotal for elucidating its biological functions and mechanisms. By producing this protein in a controlled laboratory environment, researchers can perform detailed biochemical assays and structural analyses, enabling a comprehensive understanding of its interactions and roles within the cell. Understanding ANKRD5's functionality may ultimately contribute to the identification of new therapeutic targets for managing autoimmune disorders and cancers, making it a significant focus in current biomedical research. The exploration of ANKRD5 through recombinant technologies represents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge in molecular biology and developing innovative treatment strategies.
