Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CKLF (Chemokine-Like Factor) recombinant protein has emerged as a significant area of research due to its pivotal role in immune response and inflammation. Initially discovered as a chemokine-like molecule, CKLF is implicated in various biological processes, particularly in the migration and activation of immune cells. Its unique structure and functional properties make it an attractive target for therapeutic development, especially in the context of autoimmune diseases, cancer, and infectious diseases. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which CKLF regulates immune activities can provide insights into potential interventions for controlling undesirable inflammatory responses. Moreover, the advancement of recombinant protein technology has enabled researchers to produce CKLF in sufficient quantities for detailed functional studies. These studies aim to clarify its signaling pathways and interaction with specific receptors, which may pave the way for novel immunomodulatory treatments. Given the increasing prevalence of diseases associated with dysregulated immune responses, the exploration of CKLF as a therapeutic agent highlights its potential utility in modern medicine, encouraging further investigations and applications in clinical settings.
