稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANKH (ankyrin repeat and death domain-containing protein) is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, including bone and cartilage metabolism. Its role has gained significant attention, particularly in the context of osteoarthritis and other bone-related diseases. Mutations in the ANKH gene have been linked to conditions such as craniometaphyseal dysplasia and generalized arterial calcification, highlighting the importance of understanding its function. The protein is known for its involvement in the regulation of pyrophosphate levels, which are essential for bone mineralization. Research has also focused on ANKH's interactions with other signaling pathways, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The study of ANKH recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structural characteristics and functional properties, providing insights into its mechanisms of action in health and disease. These investigations can lead to the development of novel strategies for treating skeletal disorders, thereby addressing a significant unmet medical need in orthopedics and regenerative medicine. Understanding ANKH's role could pave the way for innovative approaches in managing conditions linked to abnormal bone and mineral metabolism.
