Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BNC2 (Brambleclaw 2) is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including embryonic development and cellular differentiation. Studies have indicated that BNC2 is essential for the regulation of genes involved in the development of the nervous system and limb formation. Its significance in developmental biology has sparked interest in understanding its molecular mechanisms and potential applications in regenerative medicine. The reconstitution of BNC2 as a recombinant protein allows researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships and interaction with other cellular components in vitro. By producing BNC2 in a controlled laboratory environment, scientists can examine its binding affinity to specific DNA sequences and its ability to activate or repress target genes. Additionally, this research can provide insights into the pathways affected by BNC2 under various physiological and pathological conditions, thereby enhancing our understanding of developmental disorders and potential therapeutic strategies. Overall, the study of BNC2 as a recombinant protein serves as a pivotal step in elucidating its role in development and opens avenues for future research aimed at harnessing its potential in biomedicine.
