Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TBC1D22B is a member of the TBC (Tre-2/Bub2/Cdc16) domain-containing protein family, which plays a crucial role in regulating vesicle trafficking and membrane dynamics in cells. This protein has garnered significant interest due to its involvement in processes related to cellular signaling, transport, and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Studies have suggested that TBC1D22B may influence the actin cytoskeleton and mitochondrial function, making it a potential player in various pathophysiological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Researchers have employed recombinant protein technologies to produce TBC1D22B for functional assays, structural studies, and interaction analyses to elucidate its mechanisms of action. The understanding of TBC1D22B's biological roles could lead to insights into its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker for diseases where its dysregulation is implicated. As the field of cell biology continues to evolve, ongoing research into TBC1D22B aims not only to unravel its specific functions but also to clarify its broader implications in health and disease, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of cellular communication and resilience.
