Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANAPC2 (Anaphase-Promoting Complex Subunit 2) is a crucial component of the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a multi-subunit E3 ubiquitin ligase that plays a pivotal role in the regulation of the cell cycle. The APC/C is responsible for mediating the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of key regulatory proteins, thereby facilitating the transition from metaphase to anaphase and ensuring proper chromosome segregation. The dysfunction of ANAPC2 and the APC/C has been implicated in various cancers and genetic disorders, highlighting its importance in cellular homeostasis and genomic integrity. Research into the structure and function of ANAPC2 is critical for understanding its role in the APC/C complex and its downstream effects on cell cycle progression. Recombinant ANAPC2 protein studies enable scientists to dissect the molecular mechanisms underlying its function, identify interaction partners, and explore potential therapeutic targets in cancer treatment. Furthermore, the development of recombinant ANAPC2 could enhance the understanding of its involvement in mitotic regulation and its potential implications in tumorigenesis. Overall, the investigation of ANAPC2 as a recombinant protein serves as a foundational step towards elucidating its biological functions and therapeutic potential in diseases associated with cell cycle dysregulation.
