Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLTC (clathrin light chain protein) is a crucial component of the clathrin-mediated endocytosis pathway, which plays a vital role in cellular processes, such as receptor internalization and protein trafficking. Recent studies have increasingly focused on CLTC due to its significant implications in cellular signaling, membrane dynamics, and the regulation of various physiological and pathological functions. Alterations in CLTC expression or function have been associated with several diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and genetic syndromes. Researchers are particularly interested in the structural and functional properties of CLTC, exploring its interactions with clathrin heavy chains and other accessory proteins. Advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production of CLTC for in vitro studies, allowing for detailed analyses of its role in endocytic pathways and its impact on cellular homeostasis. By understanding the mechanistic underpinnings of CLTC function, scientists aim to uncover potential therapeutic targets and strategies for diseases linked to dysfunctional endocytic processes. Additionally, the exploration of CLTC's role in various cellular contexts may provide insights into its evolutionary conservation and biological significance across different organisms. Overall, the study of CLTC recombinant proteins is a promising avenue for enhancing our knowledge of cellular processes and developing novel interventions for related diseases.
