Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TANK (TRAF family member-associated NFKB activator) is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in the immune response. It acts as a scaffolding protein that links different signaling pathways, especially those related to tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) signaling. Research into TANK has gained considerable attention due to its role in regulating innate immunity and inflammation, which are essential for combating infections and diseases such as cancer. Additionally, TANK is implicated in the modulation of NF-κB signaling, a key pathway that controls the expression of genes involved in immune response, cell survival, and proliferation. Abnormalities in TANK function are associated with various pathologies, including autoimmune diseases and cancer progression. As a result, understanding the structure and function of TANK through recombinant protein studies is vital for uncovering its mechanisms and interactions within the immune system. These studies can potentially lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting TANK and its associated pathways to treat inflammatory diseases and enhance anti-tumor immunity.
