Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SDC4, or Syndecan-4, is a member of the syndecan family of heparan sulfate proteoglycans, which play critical roles in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. It is predominantly expressed in various tissues, including the cardiovascular system, and is involved in essential biological processes such as wound healing, inflammation, and tissue repair. Research into SDC4 has gained traction due to its implications in various pathologies, including cancer metastasis and cardiovascular diseases. The study of SDC4 recombinant protein offers insights into its structure-function relationships and its interactions with other proteins and extracellular matrix components. Characterizing recombinant SDC4 can help elucidate its biological functions, revealing potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysregulation. Furthermore, understanding the post-translational modifications of SDC4 may shed light on its diverse roles in cell behavior and disease mechanisms. Overall, the exploration of SDC4 as a recombinant protein is vital for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
