稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR51G1, a member of the olfactory receptor family, has emerged as a subject of interest in various biomedical research fields due to its potential roles beyond traditional olfaction. Originally identified in the human genome, OR51G1 is mainly expressed in the nasal epithelium, but studies have indicated its expression in non-olfactory tissues, suggesting it could have diverse biological functions. Recent investigations have linked OR51G1 to processes such as cancer progression and the modulation of immune responses, highlighting its potential involvement in pathogen recognition and cellular signaling pathways. The protein has also gained attention for its role in mediating responses to specific ligands, influencing cell migration and proliferation. Recombinant OR51G1 protein has become a key tool in elucidating these pathways, enabling researchers to explore its functional implications in greater detail. Understanding OR51G1's structure and interactions will provide insights into its mechanistic roles in health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic approaches targeting this receptor. As research progresses, OR51G1 may reveal new dimensions of olfactory receptors outside their conventional sensory functions, further expanding our understanding of their significance in human biology.
