稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR1J2 is a member of the olfactory receptor gene family, specifically involved in the detection of volatile compounds and signaling pathways essential for olfaction. Recent studies suggest that it plays a significant role not only in sensory perception but also in various physiological processes. Understanding the structure and function of OR1J2 is crucial due to its implications in olfactory disorders and potential applications in developing therapies for related conditions. Furthermore, the expression and distribution of OR1J2 in different tissues indicate its involvement in non-sensory functions, which has garnered attention in research aimed at elucidating its biological significance. The recombinant expression of OR1J2 provides a valuable tool for studying its ligand-binding properties and molecular mechanisms, facilitating insights into its role in both the olfactory system and broader physiological contexts. Overall, the research on OR1J2 represents a promising frontier in sensory biology, with potential implications in health and disease management.
