Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRRG4 (proline-rich protein 4) is a member of the proline-rich protein family located on chromosome 3 in humans. This protein has gained attention due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including cellular signaling, muscle development, and response to stress. Research indicates that PRRG4 may influence the progression of certain diseases, including cancer, by affecting pathways related to cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. The protein is believed to interact with several key signaling molecules, suggesting its involvement in critical cellular functions. Due to its expression in various tissues, studying PRRG4 can provide insights into its function in health and disease, revealing potential therapeutic targets. Recombinant PRRG4 protein has become a valuable tool in scientific research, enabling scientists to explore its structural properties, functional roles, and interactions with other proteins, thereby advancing our understanding of its significance in diverse physiological and pathological contexts. The generation and characterization of this recombinant protein are essential for elucidating its mechanisms of action and assessing its potential clinical applications.
