稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADPRHL2, or ADP-ribosylation factor-like 2, is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell proliferation, and stress responses. Its role in the regulation of ADP-ribosylation, a post-translational modification, highlights its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental stimuli. Recent studies have shown that ADPRHL2 is implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. The interest in recombinant ADPRHL2 arises from the need to understand its functional mechanisms and interactions in greater detail. By producing this protein in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its structure-function relationships and delineate its involvement in specific signaling pathways. The use of recombinant ADPRHL2 also paves the way for high-throughput screening of potential inhibitors or modulators, offering insights into its therapeutic applications. Overall, the study of ADPRHL2 as a recombinant protein is poised to enhance our understanding of its biological roles and contribute to the development of novel biomedical strategies.
