稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The OR10Z1 gene encodes a member of the olfactory receptor family, which plays a crucial role in the detection of various odorants. As a part of a large and diverse gene family, OR10Z1 is expressed in the olfactory epithelium and is thought to be involved in the sensory transduction of smell. Research into OR10Z1 and its recombinant protein has gained interest due to its potential implications in understanding olfactory mechanisms and their link to human behavior and physiology. Recent studies suggest that olfactory receptors, including OR10Z1, may also have roles beyond the olfactory system, potentially influencing various biological processes. The exploration of the OR10Z1 recombinant protein is essential for elucidating its structure-function relationships, which can contribute to our knowledge of odorous compounds and their interactions with receptors. Furthermore, insights gained from such research may have applications in flavor and fragrance development, as well as in the fields of neurobiology and pharmacology, where understanding the nuances of sensory perception can lead to innovative therapeutic strategies. By generating and characterizing the OR10Z1 recombinant protein, researchers aim to unlock the mysteries of olfactory signaling pathways and their broader implications for health and disease, making it a significant focus within the domain of sensory biology.
