Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITF1, or Interferon-induced T-cell protein 1, is a crucial protein involved in the immune response, particularly in the context of viral infections and cancer. This protein is part of the broader family of interferon-induced genes that contribute to the host's defense mechanisms. The significance of ITF1 lies in its ability to regulate T-cell activation and proliferation, thereby playing a vital role in modulating adaptive immunity. Recent studies have pointed towards the potential of ITF1 as a biomarker for disease prognosis and as a therapeutic target due to its involvement in various pathological conditions. Furthermore, the generation of recombinant ITF1 proteins has enabled researchers to explore its functions more thoroughly, paving the way for its possible applications in immunotherapy. The recombinant form allows for more precise studies of its interactions with other cellular components and its mechanistic pathways in immune modulation. By understanding the role of ITF1 at the molecular level, researchers aim to enhance immunotherapeutic strategies, especially in cancer treatments where immune evasion is a significant hurdle. As such, ITF1 continues to be of great interest within the field of immunology, with ongoing research focusing on its biological functions and potential therapeutic implications in enhancing immune responses.
