Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NFATC3, a member of the Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) family, plays a crucial role in the immune response and various physiological processes. It is primarily involved in T-cell activation and differentiation, as well as the regulation of gene expression in response to calcium signaling. Research on NFATC3 has gained momentum due to its implications in autoimmune diseases, cancer, and cardiac hypertrophy. Its dysregulation has been associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and heart failure, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant NFATC3 protein studies aim to elucidate its structure-function relationship and explore the signaling pathways it influences. By generating this protein in the laboratory, scientists can perform detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses to understand its interactions with other cellular components and its functional mechanisms. Furthermore, studying recombinant NFATC3 opens avenues for developing novel drugs that modulate its activity, which could lead to new treatments for various diseases linked to immune dysregulation. Overall, the research on NFATC3 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of immune signaling but also paves the way for innovative therapeutic strategies targeting NFAT pathways in pathological conditions.
