Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NFATC2IP, also known as NFATc2-interacting protein, has gained significant attention in recent years due to its essential role in regulating immune responses, particularly in T-cell activation and differentiation. Its involvement in various physiological processes makes NFATC2IP a key player in both innate and adaptive immunity. Research has indicated that NFATC2IP functions as a negative regulator of NFAT (nuclear factor of activated T-cells) signaling pathways, which are crucial for the expression of cytokines and proliferation of T-cells. Dysregulation of NFATC2IP has been implicated in numerous autoimmune diseases and cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, studies have demonstrated that NFATC2IP interacts with several signaling molecules and transcription factors, contributing to the complexity of immune cell signaling networks. The production of recombinant NFATC2IP protein allows for detailed mechanistic studies, as well as the assessment of its functions and interactions within cellular contexts, providing valuable insights into its role in immune regulation. Understanding the structure and function of NFATC2IP might pave the way for novel approaches in treating immune-related disorders and enhancing vaccine efficacy. Thus, ongoing research into NFATC2IP serves as a promising frontier in immunology, potentially leading to breakthroughs in immune modulation and therapeutic development.
